New Singers

New singers will be assessed by the Musical Director, or another member of the music staff, for their pitching ability, general musicality and a reasonable level of concentration in rehearsals. This is usually done by small group auditions during the first week or so of a project. Singers may not be accepted if our basic requirements are not met.

Children's ability to pitch develops at different rates and for those children who are not yet able to match pitch reliably, it is important that they have the opportunity to experience singing as much as possible. We regret, however, that we are currently not able to give these opportunities within SignuptoSing. In due course we hope to be able to do so.
